Yesterday was a very crazy day for me. I stopped by my aunt's house with my brother to help move a couch. The destination: My sisters house. The couch was two sizes two big (isn't that always the way!?) so we somehow got it wedged inside the front door. As I was on the porch trying to pull it out, some little idiot with a mask on is right behind me just staring at me...as I turn around this kid just stands there with a mask on, blood dripping down his face. "You scared the crap out of me!"--that's what I yelled as I through a dollar at him.

I guess you just had to be there. Anyways...we eventually had to take the window off and get the couch out like that. While loading the couch into my dad's mini van, the rear door slammed hard on my the back of my head and knocked me down for about ten seconds...yeah there is a bump and it still hurts. Against all modern medical advice, I came right home and went to bed.

On with the real news...November is National Novel Writing Month. There is a challenge going on at NANOWRIMO to write a full novel in thirty days. That's no less than 55,000 words, 175 pages in 30 days. A little over 3,000 people have successfully done it so far...so I plan on following in their footsteps. It averages out to about 6 pages a day until November 30...so please forgive me for not updating my art until then.

This is just the kind of challenge I have been waiting for...and who knows where it can lead. I encourage everyone to just try. You never know what funky results you'll get.

If you want to check my progress after today, just go to my other blog and it will be up. Wish me luck.
